Kim brings over 30 years of professional experience across retail management, HR, recruitment, interior and lighting design to the Ray White team. These well-rounded skills are sure to translate seamlessly into real estate and property management. With a career built on strong customer service, problem solving, and people management, we are super excited to have Kim supporting our landlords, tenants and clients.

With such great experience, Kim's time in retail management developed her ability to oversee operations, manage budgets, and deliver consistently high standards, while her HR and recruitment background has built Kim's communication, conflict resolution, and team coordination skills. Kim's design experience ensures a keen eye for presentation, property potential, and creating appealing living spaces that attract and retain tenants.

Originally from the Gold Coast and now based in the Northern Rivers, Kim has really embraced the lifestyle and community, with so many options to explore from the beach to the hinterland. Outside of work, you will find Kim enjoys motorbike riding, jet skiing, cooking, and exploring the area, reflecting her adventurous and energetic approach to both work and play.
